Bailed on going riding. twice this afternoon I felt a sharp pain while twisting in the lower tendon area of my left glute. After being off for almost 3 months because of the right calf tear I am erring on the side of caution and not following two hard rides with a third. Instead the dogs will get a nice long walk with me.

In hell. Welcome!
Yeah, you can tighten the spokes enough to keep it from getting worse without having to remove the wheel. Just take up the slack if you don't have much experience working on wheels. That way you have a better chance of keeping it straight. A little spot truing never hurt...
This. And invest in a good spoke wrench, not an el cheapo POS that will round the nipples in no time.

I'm going to fucking kill the child. For some reason, she thought that she could finish the test tomorrow and just stopped halfway through. Hopefully the score for the half she did is high enough to make it clear that she's smart enough for GTE.

when our older son tested for the gifted school here when he was maybe 7 he did great on everything except for the section where he was supposed to finish a story. he doesn’t like to write so he just wrote a few lines and “finished” it. the reason they gave for him not getting in (which in hindsight is good, as we like the school he ended up in a lot) was “he didn’t write enough.” which made me think, well shit, if you’d wanted him to write a certain amount, tell him how much you were expecting and he’d have done it. i guess self-motivation to excess was one of the qualities they were looking for...

Her new teacher told her that she can take brain breaks and always finish a test later. Clearly she took it literally.

its not uncommon for people who are good in science / math to be poor in literature type fields. i was

once i had to write an essay on a chemistry exam in high school. (yea, i know, wtf). it really only required maybe a 5 or 6 sentence response, but because i got done with the other parts of the test so quickly that for some reason i decided to entertain myself by writing like 3 pages. my chemistry teacher never gave us essay questions again.

Your wife was feeding the deer?
*confused*
It had been more of a yard pet over the seasons and was accustomed to eating grain out of her hand.

Ummm...when did you get married ?
A girlfriend of 5 years now, might as well be.

As dude shot the arrow? WTF?
No, the dude shot the little buck with his arrow, just happened to be the little buck she often fed.

So, as a result, the dude had a warrant and was abruptly removed from the property via authorities.

Had some retard shoot a spike buck with a bow right on my lawn. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and asked where he shot it from, "right effin here" he said. State police were there in 5 min and now have another deer in the freezer. The problem was this lil buck was eating out of the misses hands.
is this at all related to the footprints you found on your property?
