All this unanimous support is starting to make me feel compelled to get a 130'sh travel trail bike just so I can buy one of these. Or just throw it on my DH bike and add a bunch of spacers under the stem.
Well, for the price of the fork they should just throw in a 130mm travel bike for free with it?

I was commenting to my wife about how someone gets paid more than me just to design a box that gets thrown in the trash.
My main gig is in corporate retail, you wouldn't believe the amount of effort that goes into packaging. It seems like a waste but it really is necessary w/ how competitive things are these days. The TRUST box does seem over the top but it is really nice, I am sure that was just an initial launch thing, betting we see that packaging slowly change over the next couple years.

Shimano packaging always impresses me, open high end parts and the box is a display case for the main piece, all the little parts hidden, nothing can scratch another piece.

Damn rich box engineers.

They should take a note from Manitou with the Dorado case for service shipping.....

to be fair, he does usually tuck in the tie when operating rotating machinery. it's a carefully curated brand image.
My British grandfather would wear a jacket and tie everyday, when he had to mow the lawn or change the oil in his car he would just put on a pair of overalls.

He owned a Jacket?
Sounds a bit English to me.

Here's a Jeff Kendall Weed video with that crazy trust fund fork.

That JKW dude sure did put on a clinic. Perhaps a bit too many trials moves for me, but still a fun watch.

I can’t help but note he spent a huge amount of that video with the front wheel in the air. You know, not actually using the suspension part of the fork :D

On the flip side, he seemed fine with plenty of those “slap down” landings which are supposed to be super harsh…
