I think my favorite ever was an ancient one where NSMB did the 12" singlecrown boxxer.
one of my favs (and this is from back in the day of print media) was the "new" LeMond DH bike with drop bars
One that I liked was when Pinkbike changed the welcome page to pink in order to make women feel more welcome encourage them to try mountain biking. The whole site was pink and super girly. I think there were unicorns in the background as well. That was probably 15 years ago.
