Talked with boss last night who is trying to cover the meetings I'm not able to make Thursday because Oxycodone. Looks like Tuesday is going to be a long day as I pack two days of meetings into one, but the client is in RFP so we can't miss the day/time. He's probably going to be skipping half a day of our National sales conference to cover the day himself if we can't get approval from the client to skip and extend. As the national director of participant engagement (getting people to use their retirement plan), over half the conference is his content. My last manager was of the "you caused this, find a solution" variety vs. the "get better. Let me see what I need to do, to resolve any issues that have arisen"; it's kind of nice.
CT scan #3 this am and Urology appointment this afternoon. Still high as fuck on oxycodone and ready to start the taper off.
