My own world inside my head
My next door neighbor and I discovered that the new people that moved in three houses down back in February are selling meth and heroin........

Could they have picked a worse place to set up shop? Four law enforcement officers on this street and two former snipers..... all with kids.........

This will get interesting in the next couple weeks

Ill take that as a "yes".
Their numbers aren't always divisible by two! And they're not even wearing any cute little sweaters but are basking nude in all their glory!

Wait a minute, that doesn't sound right

Off to dirtfest. Cops showed up at my campsite last night, I guess they were looking for someone in a blue car. I assured them I am not that person. :D

Just did a quick out and back trail yesterday. It was a lot of fun. Funny how Tuesday was nothing but roots and then yesterday was nothing but rocks. I'm surprised my exo rear tire didn't get ripped or punctured.

Found this guy trying to hitch a ride.
So eventually you got ticked off?

Make sure the SWAT team does not raid the wrong house.

two years? please. i've been working on a project at my current job since i started here in 2012, at which time it had already been underway for about 5 years. and we're still probably another 2 years from wrapping it up.
#killlist

We ship every 4 weeks. Seems like forever having been in 2 week sprints for the last 8 years. We still don't do it right, but we are getting better.

Just pulled into the Allegripis trails. Lucked out on the site this year, right on the water. But damn I forgot how steep of a hill it is up to the first trail.

Theres also only two flat spots on the site for tents. Since I'm here first, I calling the best one. Rest of the dudes can roshambo for the other one. :D

Not the worst view to have while camping. Though still no comparison to some of @Adventurous pics.

My chairman is cool. Topics of discussion this morning:

- how dressage people are crazy (attn @eric strt6 )
- how big marijuana plants grow, and the dearth of seeds in the post-industrial era
- how his frame-up-restored Defender 110 is treating him

This is an absolute certainty. Equestrians in general are cuckoo...

Some grow big, some grow small... but it's a brave new world, for sure. And a wonderful time to be alive.

This meeting makes me want to pound my head into the table.
sounds like your new job is awesome.
Step #1 - apply light oil coating on the rear brake rotor. :D
or ride Shimano brakes that have been sitting around for a while.
This is an absolute certainty. Equestrians in general are cuckoo...
but the pants my dear man... the pants!

I have been on a comment rampage on the news sites responding to the people stuck in traffic in their cars because of the bridge closures here. I feel like Waki. I feel dumb. That's me, saving the planet one douche-y comment at a time...

Good Afternoon!!

It was the kind of day where I had one simple job, but really, really sold it that I would be indisposed for a few hours because of the finiky nature of the material and how it needed to install in stages and let dry, yada, yada, yada.......it was just white vinyl on a glass door - I went fishing.

In the cleavage of the Tetons
Went to the bank on my commuter ebike. For a laugh, I rode the toughest local road climb (1000 ft in 1.4 miles) and Strava-ed it. I forgot to change the setting to e-bike, so I accidentally won the KOM that has held for a few years.. (around 7 minutes).
Deleted it ASAP before the COGniscente came after me with pitchforks...
The best part was doing it in cotton shorts and a hoodie with no helmet.
