I've been here 17+ years and it's been mostly great, it's just that the last year has been difficult because I am on a very challenging project. Once I get through this project (October go-live), things will settle down, and I'll be gold on the job market if I decide to start looking.

hmmm it was 80 with a gentle breeze then the wind machine kicked in. It's now just above 70 and dropping with 20 mph winds and higher gusts. Screw going for a bike ride in that. I'm going to go for a hike instead.
