Wish I could join, but with the old guy on our team having just retired, I'm jammed for the next 2-3 weeks. I don't even get my Friday "admin" days.
He's relationship management, so soft sales. I'm more financial planning, but came out of that business. The weeds are what I do with regards to it, so going to that level wasn't hard and I can do conversationally.
He's really good at what he does, but selling that specific product he just hasn't been successful at. Good enough to get it on the menu, but not enough to make it something we can advertise.
I invested in a property. It was rehabbed and sold. We made some good coin. My partner balked at paying me back because I did not want to transfer my investment into his next project. That Project failed. Judgement in my favor today. They didn't show up for Court. New Lawyer is badass... I like Her...

Well, possessions transferred from storage facility into moving truck in a blistering 2.5 hours with the help of a friend. Would have been finished with the packing process, but when we went to pick up our new loveseat it had a hole it in so it's off to the warehouse tomorrow to grab another.

@DirtyMike or any other hunter monkeys know what animal leaves scat that is nearly identical in color, shape and texture of local black bears but the size of average man's hand. Looks way too small to be an adult bear. Been seeing a few little piles on my hikes.
