What is a Jacket Potato?
Tomato and zucchini gazpacho with shaved gahlic and red onion. A beet green frittata, crusty French bread and avocado.
Curried lamb and roasted butternut squash tart/pie/casserole. Generous with the gahlic and onion, some garden green peas, thyme and rosemary. Puff pasty topping. Butter>EVOO in this case.
