Called my dad last night. Was pleasantly surprised he he being realistic about all of this and not regurgitating Twitler manifesto. Most importantly he playing it safe, he is high risk.

This article mentions names.

Just sayin.

This is a plebian disease. Rich are naturally immune.

Because at the end of the day, he doesn't want to die. Seems reasonable.

In hell. Welcome!
Earlier at the post office, I witnessed a 70+ yo forage through the shipping supplies, then lick a big envelope and what not.

They just don't give a shit, do they?

So. Anyone else wondering when a jackass terrorist organization is going to decide this would be a good time to pull a stunt, and really make this interesting?

Might be a poopdeck of my own tinfoil thought, but I can’t recall discussing it here, so here’s a xerox.

In the bathroom, fighting a battle
gee, ya think?

Took the wife and kiddo for a drive to at least get some sun today and the beaches and trails were absolutely bananas! LA county has all the beaches closed, but from County Line North, holy shit! The beaches I go spear fishing at, and have litterally never seen another souls on we’re a madhouse. Cruised by the trailhead near my house, parking lot was “closed” but completely full, hikers and riders everywhere

TLDR: Everyone is getting the ‘Rona over here

On a brighter note, the 4 people I know who caught it early in SF are now fully recovered, unfortunately they still live in SF, but I suppose that’s better than being dead?

I can't find who/where now but someone basically inferred that back to the perfect phone calls, "But I'd like you to do me a favour".

edit: My sister just sent me this. I told her that she can send it to my Dad because I'm fucking done with his malaria drug and Fox bullshit. I wished her luck and haven't heard back in 45min.

Nowhere Man!
My Brother bless him has all this figured out. I have no need for anything. Food and Supplies are dropped off for me every other day. He has all these Bug out plans and contingency's. He secured the camp so to speak. We talk daily. I miss swimming in the Community Center Pool. I am OK with it closed. I can do calisthenics just fine. I have not felt better going into riding season then this year. Be safe everyone.

OMG I gotta pump my own gas now?

The idea Oregon doesn't usually let folks pump gas is still funny to me after all these years. My wife says she's done it twice.

Given you live alone and on a farm, you need to get an O2 sensor. The rate that you can go from fine to critical is hours and if you're solo, you might be sol if you're not thinking straight.
Thanks. I know you're making both sense.
Asked friends but couldn't get one from any local pharmacy so ended up ordering one from amazon and apparently should be here tomorrow (Sunday).
I live alone with a few neighbours but the farm is not remote, village of 1.6k where friends & family live just 1/2 mile away, Capital city (hospital) 20-30mins away. but am considering moving in and isolating/quarantining with my GF 10 miles away in a larger town much closer to the city.
We both have the virus.
Her/my kids are the reason I chose to isolate at home.
