So in the past 2 weeks, 3 different morons on 4 different occasions decided to have a Karaoke party at 2AM while sitting on the window that leads to our apartment complex courtyard. So yesterday the morons decided to outmoron themselves and one of the moron groups I had a "nice" talk with decided to play linkin park full volume, open their windows and LEAVE THEIR HOUSE to walk their dog. This was 1.30AM. I literally asked them if they get a disability tax break for the account of their limitless stupidity. This happens one more time I will throw a rigged airhorn to their flat at 4AM.

Also some other morons decided to mow grass at 7AM.

Mornin!

Watched someone at the grocery store yesterday use their $100K+ Maserati SUV to push a cart out of the way so they could park in the spot closest to the store. And we are talking a parking lot that is at best 5% full and had available spots only a couple of cars down.

Pretty sure that's a barometer for whether or not I'll like you. Sit idling waiting for a spot st the front when there are plenty towards the back? Kill list.

It's probably just a lease. Anyone that actually owns a Maserati doesn't shop for their own groceries.

I lived dangerously and Waterpik-ed out a rather astonishing amount of earwax from my left external ear canal last night. I can hear once more!

I dunno, this is in a town where people are quite wealthy but like to pretend that they aren't. 'Black Lives Matter' signs everywhere, but God save your soul if you proposed affordable housing in the community to actually lift some of those black folks up, cause it ain't happening.

Maybe grocery shopping helps them observe the behaviors of normal people so they can emulate it later. "Why yes Kayleigh, I acquired these pre-peeled cucumber slices at a 'Stop n Shop' for your pre-K horse dancing team to nibble on later!"

Sounds a lot like the problem is there's just one moron who's trying to sleep between the hours of midnight and 8am...

Morning Monkeys.

I have actual work to do today, should be interesting. Most of the team is on board with what I am trying to do. One issue here is that some folks have been here 15+ years and are used to not doing much. The reality is that hasn't worked for a while and won't work going forward. So folks with either get on board or GTFO. We have valid competition now and we aren't the only game anymore.

We will be bringing in the Bob's soon.

I know you're new so hide your red stapler just in case.

Um, stupid. Some olive oil in the canal for a couple of nights will soften sufficiently that an ear syringe will suffice.
I already had tried multiple rounds of carbamide peroxide over the counter earwax softening stuff, letting it sit and then using its squeeze bulb thing. That did not a thing except soften it up and redistribute it to be even more of a solid conglomerate.

Waterpik type things are used in clinic for severe cases of impaction, and my left ear definitely qualified as such. Now it’s near 100% in terms of feeling normal and having functional hearing. I’ll have a go at the right ear with the softener and gentle techniques next, as it’s about 80% there but not quite right yet.

This moron tends to get really angry only about one thing - lack of sleep and I have misophonia so if they don't want to end up on the wrong side of a shovel they better stop trying to convince me to listen to Linkin Park.

Ugh, that would make me want to runaway and never say goodbye. But in the end, it doesn't even matter. Don't stay. Break the habit and go find somewhere you belong.

...taking pleasure in the awful things you put me through. You take away if I give in. My sleep. My pride is broken...You like to think you're never wrong ...You want to share what you've been through

I was fine, but then submersing myself in a hot tub while on vacation somehow glommed it up into a solid ball in my left ear that thus impaired my hearing. My mom tells me she had lots of ear wax as well, so I blame genetics.

Ride night tonight. I feel like I haven't ridden a bike in a couple of weeks.... It's also that time of year when you have to bring lights, "just in case"... I had to dig through piles of junk to get to my light box. I don't miss them. Oh well. At least it's ride night.

Seem new doggo need a tooth extracted. That's gonna cost some.
Our DSO had one of it's main molars out a few months ago, I don't think it was too expensive. But I've not idea what that would translate to in COVID Free dollars. In maximum COVID freedum dollars I think it was 200ish.

Our veterinarians are laughing at dentist bikes.
Estimate is set at $750, it's a molar, last one on the right.

TIL that Mountain Lion on foot is a bit much for my wife when she’s wearing the baby in the hiking pack. Thus my ride was aborted and shall be done tomorrow morn instead.

I have no idea where I am
Spent three hours trying to fix a leaking freezer on an 18 year old refrigerator. It's one of those two door models with one side freezer and the other refrigerator. I can not fit inside it easily so that was fun. Pulled the back interior panel off and defrosted, then tried to unclog the drain but couldn't get a wire past the bend in the drain tube. Put it all back together without any left over parts. Hopefully no more puddles.
