Hey Udi, any chance you still have and could share the CCDB DB Coil service manual? djschoon@gmail.com. Thanks!
Hey, sorry to bother you, I saw a post saying that you had a ccdb manual, would you have a cc dbinline manual? if so would you shoot it over to harper_stu@yahoo.co.uk - cheers Stu
Udi, curious about your thoughts on a few of the popular DH frames. Considering the Tues, Demo, Wilson, and V10 though I'm not opposed to other options. Coming off of a medium socom and probably would do a large and maybe even an xl for some (I'm 5'11" or so) so they're all going to feel long low and slack compared to what I'm used to.
Thanks Udi for the help on the ROs.
Any suggestions on where I should get the piston and seal kits from?

And to be honest, I have never done such a job.
I consider myself mechanically inclined so I'm rather confident that I could do it myself.

Just not sure where to start.
Is there a step by step guide somewhere that I could get?
    Hi Udi
In a forum I saw an old answer from you about Bos Stoy shock.
I know you are a suspension expert and you already serviced this shock.
So can you please tell me what is the oil viscosity to put inside a Stoy?
    (as I can't find it )
    thanks in advance

    josue.est.1995@gmail.com
    Thanks buddy!!
Hahaha, your front page is filled with people asking for the CCDB service manual. Impressive.

Do you still have a PDF for it? If so I'll take it.

I'm looking for the IFP depth and pressure. If I recall correctly the latest revised pressure is 120PSI and depth is the same throughout all lengths/strokes.

    Hi Udi,
Witch company do you work for?
Can i send me your info so i can get a rebuilt from you?
    Hi Udi,
I have a Stoy mounted on a Banshee Legend witch i like but found some disadvantages (top out) with the shock and apparently i don't run the correct valving (i have the ST-01 instead of the ST-02 according to Bos). I need your advise because you are the only one i know who seems to know this shock in North America.

udi, thanks for all your helpful posts. I am putting together a beater for friends to ride, and have a progressive 5th that has no rebound damping (boing) I found a thread from you where you described the air chamber collapsing and keeping the rebound circuit wide open.

I am not scared of rebuilding forks or shocks, Can you help me to figure out how to open this air shock up? I cant find a writeup or instructions anywhere online - thanks!
    Udi,

I first want to thank you for all the great tech tips and info that you provide in a clear and professional manner.

My question is, what would cause my 2011 Boxxer R2C2 to use only 7" of travel. I did the following trouble shooting based on what made sense to me:

    1. I removed the spring stack and still only had 7" of travel
    2. I removed the dampener cart. and still the same
    3. I drained the lubricating fluid from the spring side and I was able to get full travel.

My thoughts are that there was too much oil in the lowers on the spring side causing it to hydolock, is this right or even possible?

    Thanks

    Chris
saw your post about half way , i did that and it felt so much better , i run quite a bit of lsc 8 to 9 clicks , but i weigh 250lbs on a blue spring also, i was running 6 to 7 clicks before i burped it but had to bump up the lsc a little, does this sound right??
i like to have my fork run high in its travel, and save it for big bumps
Hi Udi, I've read every comments in your threads about boxxers (shimstack, greaseport) even if i didin't had one but you totally convinced me! I just bought a second hand 08 team and i will remove the shimstack as soon as i get it. I weight 150 lbs and ride agressive downhill at Bromont. Wich oil would you recommend me running in it and what spring to use.

    Thanks, a lot

    Hi.

I don't know where to ask, so i decided to ask you directy, since I saw some of your posts in difrent "boxxer" discussions. My question is that one very hatefull - "the versus" :)
So, rock shox boxxer team or boxxer wc? On one side there is a coil spring and on the other the air.. If I think and use my experience with AIR (forks&shocks) than I must say that air never worked so well as the spring did (Marzocchi 66 ATA vs M66 RC = RC wins! ; swinger 4way air vs 4way coil = coil wins!), so in my opinion spring (team version of the boxxer) should work better then the WC boxxers?

Give me your opinion what do you think about. If you would be so kind and give me the answer on my mail ( sasa.kurnoga@gmail.com ), but it will be good here also.

    Thx,

    Sasha
hey Udi, i've been reading posts about boxxers and you seem to know your stuff about them. I have recently just changed the oil on my 06 boxxer team, and after a day of fairly hard downhilling the oil is coming out of the spring side seal, it was not leaking before I changed the oil out, im wondering if theres anyway I can fix this or is the seal done?
