I'm in the market for some new shoes. Interested in the Hellcat Pro as well.
Anymore real world feedback on these?
My current shoe is an old Shimano DH. (cant remember the style) in size 11.5. Do the Five Tens fit similar to shimanos? Don't have anywhere local to try any on.
I own two bikes. a xc/trail and a dh.
By trail bike I mean a 120mm front, 110mm rear xc/trail bike that I use for long in the saddle days.
I'm just considering something with a little less travel that is more jump, flow friendly that can still get
down the occasional rough trails.
I just find myself on the more flowy, jump trails rather than the chunk. (I'm getting old)
My park days consist of 80% flow and jump trails, 20% rough and tumble trails. (Northeast parks) My racing days are over.
I really like my bike, I just find that its a lot of work on the smoother, jump trails.
So, I'm considering switching from a full blown DH bike to something with a little less travel. Strictly for park riding, no racing involved.
I'd like to hear from those who have done the switch, to what bike, and if they are happy with the decision.
Found a used Point1 Splitsecond stem. Its a nice piece.
Still in fashion with the current offerings. (ahead of its time)
Looking forward to mounting it up. I have some black Ti bolts that will sharpen the look.
I built up a Highball 29er last spring.
It was super light, quick and efficient as hell. Fun to ride on smooth trails. But as soon as it got a little ruff it beat the snot out of me. It became a chore to ride it.
I built up a Tallboy3 two months ago, sold the Highball last month. It was just to...
The RC4 on my 2015 V10 has seen 2 years of use and is in need of service.
So the question I'm having is if I should send it to Push or should I go for a new DHX2 Coil.
I like the feel of coil over air so the X2 Float is no an option for me.
Any experience or suggestions from people with the V10...
