My Tomac is no more (*single tear*)

...what looks like a microscopic saw edge this suggests that a crack started and took several impacts to break completely, you might have cracked the heaset and borked the alignement of steerer tube in relation to the headtube that walloped the headtube before the headset ever broke all the way off.

The epitome of all that is wrong: my race bike.

...but the strength of the frame is outstanding. If anything, it'll crack at the chainstay/BB junction, where it's suffered severe denting from borked sprocket grinds. That isn't an issue that bothers me, as it'll be replaced by a race dually in the next 6 months, and relegated to a fun bike...

    rotor size for street bike

...it depends what you do on street. I would've thought you'd have a hard time to really pull a wheel out of true when streeting, unless you borked up some rotation moves. But, what about when your rotor gets bent? or your caliper gets smashed? Very likely with BMX-style stuff. Plus...

    anyone seen the 05 shiver?

...prices change with the economy, but still, I would like to think a dual HSCV fork should sell for what a JrT sells for. But then, my idea of pricing is a bit borked due to Marzocchi being a touch overpriced down on our island, so unless I see a comparison of prices, I'm just rambling
