strip it with Jasco paint remover, then wire brush, then wet sand. I use rattle cans. Several coats of primer sanding between coats. Then three or four coats of color then the same with clearcoat. Works great on my frames.

Last year I rode up with one of the builders. He told me there was a change in trail buiding strategy on the hill. He said that 85 % of the trails were built for 10 % of the riders. This year they wanted to build a higher percentage of trails for 50 % of the riders.
