im tired of hearing this factory support card, anyone with a monkey wrench c clip tool and a bunch of alan keys can service a boxxer so **** factory support.
as for the friction of the solo air vs the spring, i would be more concerned with the dead weight of the spring sitting in there making...
im pretty sure most of the top riders are not downgrading to a spring fork.
the air feels alot better plusher, much more tuneable for bottom out resistance, better over stutter bumps. you just need to take some time playing with the solo air and chamber size. honestly i hated every world cup i...
i tried using a washer under the gate knob and the fork is hissing a lot less and im getting a fair bit more compression than i used to (locks out now at full lsc) im gonna try and find something to put some more pressure on that seal.
how do you remove that seal to inspect it anyway? i cant...
UDI, i was wondering...... i took apart my motion control today and looked for the blown seal, first i slid off the lsc, then undid the 1/2 blue nut then reverse threaded and pulled the blue piece out.
after i got the c-clip off the top the top cap under the blue lsc adj. slid off and i could...
udi, is there a thread where u break down the removal of the speedstack? i got the parts to convert my team to a WC and i wouldn't mind getting to that while the fork is apart.
also has anyone found a fix yet for leaking motion control, from underneath the lo speed adjuster? i sent my fork back...
pretty much no armor anymore, if im riding something i dont know i will put on some elbows and knees, or if im racing or riding big mountain stuff i will wear armor for the first few days or for practise and then take it off for race run/when i feel comfortable.
oh and if its riding in mud i...
hopefully those rockshock guys better send me a 2008 insted of an 07, my 07 snapped right at the arch where they beefed it up, and the motion control leaks like a sieve.
what are other people experiences for waranty with rs, the fork has been ridden since bromont cc and has the recipts to...
That swd racing is ****ing sweet!!
my orange is 38.6 pounds with steel coils in the front and rear, so they can easily be done up 36 and a half pounds.
im sure the socom weighs about the same but i would trust the durability of the orange.
sweet, yea it dosent look like its from impact there are no scuffs around the damage and its the side that would be oppisite of cable rub if there were any.
i just wonder about the crash now because, now that i look back i just see no way i couldhave crashed in this spot the way i did unless...
the best way is the thule racks that go over the front wheel so they fit any downhill bike.
my buddy currently has 3 on his 96 maxima its an amazing setup because his cars tuned a lil bit and u dont have to worry about the bike flying around up there even when your going balls out. his cars...
so i had a very bad crash today,
on a section of trail where u pull alot of G's
so it got me to thinking is it possible that i broke the fork before this crash and the ammount of force going down tweaked my front wheel.
cause i ended up flying over a berm that youve just come off a...
