regards to pivot/chainline......i believe Patrick Morewood had worked on this pedal feedback a few years back. they tried to run the chain up from the ring to a roller directly mounted to the pivot. now speaking from my butt, id assume it either wasnt worth adding another bearing and roller...
little on the z axis never hurt anyone!!
i havent noticed.....if anything, i can see a full monocock swing arm twist some, but not this tubing used. like i said, im 210lbs (mostly in my man-titty region) it still feels tight to me.

i've run it maybe 12 times in 2 years. i can certainly feel the difference when braking throught rough terrain but i think my riding technique works best without it......dunno, i guess i like to push the rear out, seems to work best when the wheel...
again, id totally agree with DW!! you have a solid setup, i wouldnt change a thing.
i weighted mine several times using many defferent scales, seems to stick near the 42lbs mark...
