I started at the 1st of the year. Your legs will get better in a few weeks. At least mine did. I think it's great for the same reasons you listed. I'm going 3 times a week for now and when weather gets better my plan is to go to 2days and ride more. But I think it's a great all around workout.

I'm thinking about getting a BOS Stoy from a friend. It was on a 2010 V10 and I would be putting it on my 2010 session 88. My question is would the valving work on my bike or would it need to be revalved?
A big improvement in my eyes.Norco is a great company and now by the looks of the new design I will finally be interested in there dh bike.I have a few riding buddies that just got the new Ranges and the are really stoked on them.It looks like the proto have the type linkage.
