This website seems to be USA and UK oriented... You can see the road on this 2 country. My town is about 30.000 people and it's on the Map. We don't have road for France but the sattelite view is very sharp on my city (like in google Earth).

I'm from the south of France and I know the downhill close to monaco.
You have the Peille Downhill (Vouilloz and Barel's track, they are both from Peille village) at 25min drive to monaco.
The finish of the downhill is on the Peille road, before the village (about 1 ou 2Kms before)...
