Some unwanted excitement at the Angus household yesterday. Previous owner bypassed the main breaker to connect a backup generator using janky connections. Thank god we were home in the house and not somewhere else.

Finished this up on the last day of 2023 but only now remembered to take a photo. Sixty-two mortise and tenon joints. My first piece of “furniture”.
I do all of my smoking on a Big Green Egg. Easy to keep at a low temperature and stays hot even if you open it up. And I can take it up to 500F if I want to cook some pizzas without getting the kitchen hot.
