BUT i think youll have a big problem getting some seeing as marzocchi have sold out of them? thats just what ive heard. thats means no more shivers ever guys......

from my experience of owning 05 shivers, ive come to 2 conclussions:
my bike rocks
and that shivers are AWESOME forks
oh and they look sick.
does anybody know how many were produced for 05? and where to find the serial number? supposedly mine were one of the very last if ont last ones...

came up with some more colour combos, i reverted to the grey on top, and did some different shades of grey. then the white stood out a bit too much i thought so i made on ith a light grey high light.
what you guys think of them? which ones the best? any other comments?

nah thats just the font i used, they cant be unbunched any more, yer they are kinda hard to read but that makes people look at my bike for longer :D haha.

yer i know, its powdercaot, and dulux colours rarely differ from batch to batch, EXTREMELY RARELY i should say.
ive already made up custom stickers for the frame, and for the forks, it goes against marzocchi but im having big orange M's on the guards, lol.
its powdercoating, not painting...

im from australia and have a Giant DH comp, with 2005 Shivers, the WHOLE bike is pretty muchblack except for the odd grey component, i want to make it 'different' from everybody elses and get it powdercoated that santa cruz orange colour.

01 KONA stab primo, snapped shiver staunchion off by drop out, snapped the dampening road as well. pissed oil all over the street.
glad it wasnt on a trail.
and all that was done to snap it was apply the front brake,lol. it had a good life, and a month before this, the right leg internals...
that paint job would be ****ing rad on any other bike.
the only problem is its a **** frame thats ugly as well, its got cable disck brakes AND worst of all its got boxxers!

1. i have 05 8 inch HSCV dampened shivers, on my Giant DH comp , and i have no trouble climbing and after a week, you learn how you can almost lock them out, if you learn forward while climibng they dont move at all.

actually its 573.5, i just measured mine, and thats what it is, lol. marzocchis wrong, first time ever cause all of there suspensions far from wrong, lol
ive got an 05 shiver, and its ****ing rad. its so much plusher than any fork ive ever ridden and it jsut mows through everything.
shivers arent heavier than 888's. there about 3.6 kilos. and arent 888's about that?
