Since the US office for Urge has been set up a few months ago the helmets are certified for US standards. It is illegal to sell a bike helmet in the US if it does not meet US standards. Previously, you could have ordered it from another country and have had it shipped here but that doesn't...
The visor on the Down-O-Matics and Archi-Enduros are different than the visors on the Endur-O-Matic. Also, the issue with the visors on the Endur-O-Matic has been addressed and they will be replaced under warranty if anybody has a problem with them.
The sizing for the Endur-O-Matic and Down-O-Matic is 54cm - 57cm for the S/M and 57cm - 60cm for the L/XL. As mentioned above they do come with different pads to help customize the fit of the helmet.

Thanks. That was taken when I lived out here before. This bar used to be called the Handlebar and Grill. It had all kinds of bike stuff on the inside. It changed now though :(
As Doug mentioned I started another company beside Royal to be the exclusive distributor of Urge helmets and Brake Authority disc brake pads and rotors in the US. The Urge helmets were a huge hit at Interbike. They are different from what else is out on the market and I definitely don't see...
What about the Royal F-tech shorts for trail riding. They have a great fit that is designed specifically for riding and not based on a moto pant made into a short. They used to retail for $150 but now have an msrp of $84.95.
All 661 Pressure suits will work with a Leatt. The difference is that the Core Saver has the removable top plates on the back so that the Leatt can be used over the top of the jersey. To use a Leatt with the other suits, you need to either tuck the back of the Leatt into the backplates or...
The new Vapor Pressure suit is basically last year's pressure suit body with the Pro Pressure suit plastics at last year's Pressure suit price. It actually fits better than the previous Pro pressure suit and the plastics are now exactly where they belong.
Good observation on the new Core...
Take a look at this company for Ti springs. They are size specific for each manufacture so you don't have to mess around with spacers and stuff.

From my research, the majority of WC racers run bars under 745mm wide. You have some exceptions, but those guys are 6'4" tall. I think that people just get a little carried away with the whole wide bar fad. Granted, I love my 745mm width bars but I think 800mm and over is a little overkill...
When using a Leatt with the new Core Saver, you may have to move the back strut of the Leatt out one position to get the same feel. It is nice because you can run it over your jersey which allows the Leatt to float a little.
The weight is based on a production bar that was actually weighed on a digital scale. The riser bars actually have more tubing since there is bends in them. So if you stretched out a riser bar, it would be longer than the flat bar. Plus, wall thickness has to increase when you put rises in...
