I would run..a bike. With a chain, and some gears..or maybe just one, if you're fit. Run tires..very important (unless u r sponsored by a rim company)..run tires that are rubber, and black. As for the course...it will be in the woods. It will have rocks, roots, and dirt. It's an east coast...
Winter??? In the Mid-Atlantic winter consists of Snow one week, 70 degrees the next, then rain, then back to snow.....
believe me if it stays cold and snowy I will be happy...on my snowboard.

HIPPA came out only a few years ago, and I admit that for the last couple of years I have spent more time driving a ladder truck than riding an ambo. So I may not be as well versed on the HIPPA law...but I always try to err on the side of the patient in terms of privacy:thumb:

The guy that was injured (I know his name, but can't post it...HIPPA) has a broken ankle...will b going for surgery on Fri. He was able to make it to his local ER. Will b getting pins. Hopefully his recovery will b fast.
