Just wondering if I can pick your brains again.
Basically I do low-level biking - don't do any jumping, off-road when following hounds across fields and on-road as a main mode of transport.
Should I bother getting a helmet or leave it until I manage to attain a higher level...
Hopefully this should show my aged Muddy Fox Adventurer which has recently become mine. He is perfect for the low level biking I do. I'm in the process of tarting him up so he looks rather better and thanks to the advice on here he now sports brand new grips..

Thanks to whoever suggested contacting the manufacturer for new Decals - does anyone have any top tips for getting the old decals off? They seem to be stuck pretty well and are rather reluctant to peel off!

Just found this while surfing the web and thought it might be of interest to members in the UK. The general idea is that people across the country volunteer to be a ranger for a certain section of the National Cycle Route - keeping an eye on signs, overgrowth, monuments and the like.
