My v2 came last week too.... medium, raw and mine only came with the 650b dropouts so I have to contact them to get an eta on the 26" ones. the new frame looks great and if it rides like the old one without the pivot issues then it will be a keeper. I'll post up a pic of the frame...

I don't think that they identified the specific drug they believe he took, but some ratio of testosterone to some other hormone came back way out of normal.
