Edit!!!! I forgot to state why they are dumb. They necessitate a longer eye to eye for a given stroke, making packaging even tougher (unless you use a yoke @#$%^&&**%$&%$%%^%) Hence the trunnion, shorter eye to eye for a given stroke. So I get to mover the shock lower and to the the rear.- Tantrum Cycles
