We have a winner? I didn't post the location of the crack but that is just where it is downtube/headtube. It looks like a paint crack that follows the weld pattern, "rolling or wave" along with the weld. I'm thinking of getting it welded???????????????????

I have a old GT DHi. Just asking the senoirs guys where did the FRONT TRIANGLE normal crack. I know the rear triangles is weak but it is newer looks ok. I have a line along one of the welds looks like it might be cracking????

I have the 135 Hugi FR with the 12mm. The hub did crack parallel to the axle. It was several years old no reciept DT stood by it and sent me a brand new unit FAST. They do need regular maintance but are flawless preformers.

This is unrelated. I recently got one. Is it normally that loud? The higher gear is quite loud when back pedaling. I also thought the shifting pattern was a poor choice reversed from a regular FD.

I've got the 08 remedy 9 med 18.5 I think. It is my cross country bike. 2k is a great deal. It is NOT a DH or FR bike. I feel it is a all day trail bike I wouldn't consider it a all mtn either. I like it but not in love with it.. I'm out of chicago we don't have mountains any way.
