Yeah, sure have. It's hard to do specific training out on the road or trails though. Unfortunately I have to put a lot of time in on the trainer this year to get ready for next season. Have to do what the coach tells me to do.

Well pretty new here but just wanted to say good morning to everyone. I got the day off work so planning on a 3 hour or so mountain bike ride. We actually have some good weather here, supposed to be 74 degrees. Can't pass it up.
A little off topic but why are you just going to be riding in Ashland? There is some great riding at Kanawha State Forest in Charleston, WV. Only about an hour and a half away from you.

I've been using the Cygolite Z-force NiMH for a couple years now and I am very impressed with it. I have used it for quite a few night rides and one 24 hour race and never had a problem with it. It is as bright as any other light I have seen plus it has a very long battery life.
