There is absolutely nothing wrong with shuttling or the people that do it. RESPECT is a big concern here. The trails are always in danger of being closed to users that don't respect every aspect of the trail. The right to be on any trail has to be earned. It is not a given right. Pisgah is one...
I'm sure. I had seen Profro's old dh9. He and windrock gave tht bike a beating. Now on his new bike, its going to be the same case. The trail will "test out" anybike. Gotta love it. All bikes should test there.
I am not sure, but any Semi pro level XC racer should have enough skills on a descent to stay close to an out of shape dh racer and conquer and destroy on climbs. The gain that can be acheived climbing will not be covered on a downhill. Climb for 20 mins and descend for 5min. Does not happen...
Not to step on shoes here but the wide spacing of the rear shock mount has been brought to attention. Morewood and Cane Creek work closely together and are currently working on design improvements for the mounting area. Ohlins is also helping out here and we should see a new set up soon.
