I am looking into getting a lighter weight set-up that I can throw around and use for XC rides and my top choice was an SX trail but I just recently just came across the new Gary Fisher Fat Possum and it has grabbed my attention! However, I have not been able to find any info on the Fat Possum...
Oops, I'm sorry! I had no idea he was such an issue here. But you do have to admit that he is full of sexual prowess and for a guy in his 50's....:blah:
Well I have finally come to my conclusion regarding what type of tires I will be running from here on out. But before I tell everyone my new choice of rubber, I would like to thank everyone for their opinions from their experiences with various tires. After taking into consideration what I have...
Yes it is now that time to replace my tires and and I am stuck with what I should do! Should I stay with Mobsters, which are tried and true and have never let me down! Or, should I look into something new and take a chance? Opinions needed, please!
I might be buying a Nomad frame without a frame shock but only if my current frame shock will fit the frame of the Nomad. The shock I will use is the DHX off of my VP Free. So can anyone tell me if the eye to eye and the shock stroke is the same for both frames?
Thank you for any imput :)
I have had several friends who have owned v-10's and absolutely loved them!!!! You are one lucky rider..... enjoy, while the rest of us sit back and watch you ride with envy in our eyes
Yea, he is 44 years old with a blown career, poor credit rating and broke! He is bald and lost all of his youthful good looks! He has been shooting junk into his veins for years now. At times he has been known to live on the streets or at local beaches (under the boardwalks), but do you want to...
I would go with the VP free because it is a lot cheaper then a Nicolai and people will not expect you to be some hot-shot hard-core freerider because you are riding one. And the VP free weighs in at under10 lbs for the frame and DHX 5.0! I ride one and it is the most versatle frame I have ever...
You know? I have to admit it, I really like the 24's! I raced on a pair of 24's 2 years ago and I really like how they felt, with the lowered BB along with the lowered c.o.g. I could fly on those wheels, but like all good things they came to an end and I went back to my standard size wheels...
I'll take a S.C over a Kona anyday.... except for today!
Even though I ride a Free, the Kona gets my vote for the simple reason that it is user friendly
Deity is a brand that I would consider, but I just don't want to spend $75 on a bar and as for protaper, I don't know enough about that brand to feel secure about using their bars. But thanks anyway!
Ok, people! Help me out here, if you would! I need new bars and I am looking at either the Azonic Worldforce or the Azonic Doublewall. What is the opinion of your experience with these bars and which one should I go with? Azonic info only please as I am NOT interested in any other bars...
