    2011 ride = 2010 ride = 2009 ride, joys of a university student. Le Sunday Cheers to Toodles for keeping the bike running after it was thoroughly thrashed in the Canada trip. Play Bike Doing a fair bit of XC on it - not ideal but fun on the downhill sections.

    So if people had a choice between the Adventure and GPX model what would they get? Tossing up between the two as I've had some pretty ****ty crashes invovling landed on my head once or twice and not too keen on living 50 years in a wheel chair. I'm also running a 661 helmet, can't remember...

    Hell yeh, that track got blown to bits in the 2006 (I think?) national champs, huge pot holes of brake ruts by race day. Sick vid btw!

    Ah, brings back the memories of my old polished '02 DHR, now hanging up in the garage with about 5" of sideways play in the rear end, great bike.

    Not every pro aussie rider attends every race in aus, Sam hill for one wasn't racing the national champs which is the aus course for this years world cup down under and also next years world champs.

    I used to ride with my 661 Pressure Suit but all the velcro started to lose its grip and the armour was more just loosely fitted and not doing that much... I'd probably start wearing it again if the velcro is fixed jsut cause when its flapping around its really annoying.

    I run 661 pressure suit, it's okay but the quality isn't that great as the zips aren't working very well and the velcro is starting to lose its grip, hence why I've started to not wear it as that just frustrates me. The armour is defs tops, bulky pads can get annoying but they work for sure...
