Sounds good. I will be riding a black Fall Guy....
They do allow 20". Rob who builds 99% of the jumps shreds them on his 20" I have seen a few groms hitting them on their 20"s. You do need to purchase a lift ticket to ride them. It has been cool and nice all week and it should be perfect...
I will secnd this. Fall Guy all the way. However I truly loved my Mob when I had it. For a 26", that was the perfect bike IMO. But the 24" in general is the do all size that works best for my riding. To each their own.
QTF.
Most pukes where I ride are sitting on the side of the jump areas, smoking pot/cigs, drinking a beer (under 21) and laughing that others suck - yet half of them don't own a bike or ride. At least these guys gave it a go. Plus it looks like late 80 or early 90 judging by the jump builds...
I had a USB Molly before my Fall Guy. I really liked it. But 990 style brakes IMO sucked badly. They squeeled no matter what I did and didn't stop as well as a v-brake. The Fall Guy was a bit tighter geometry, better looking drop outs (IMO) and overall a better fitting bike for me.
Agreed...
If you go with a Ti spindle, get the one from Profile. I tried an FSA and another cheapy one and they did not line up at all to Profile's spline. Not sure why, but they just don't work at all.
As far as crank lengths,I ran 175mm on my Mob. Just space it out correctly and you are good to go.
Insert "Original"....
"Original Mountain Biking Capital of Canada"
Print out a number of "Original" stickers and apply to printed material. Money saved, point noted.
I am 5-9" and I rode a 21.5 Mob. It was perfect IMO except my foot would hit the front wheel on x-ups. I would say that a 22" would be the better fit given your height.
Exactly. The directions on the site work the same for the MTB SS. Chances are you have dirt or possible metal shavings in the 4 pawls. Pull out the driver, remove the pawls, pull the springs, clean, reassemble and apply 3-in-1 oil to the pawls then put the driver back in and retighten. Pretty...
Yet charging the same price...
IMO a full 1/2 link chain is not needed. They are heavy, stretch and break often. Go for a nice chain and use a single 1/2 link to shorten if needed.
