dammit!! why does it have to be on the 12th? we'll still be in Whistler.
it sounds incredible.
Heath, do me a favor and tell them to make it on the 14th so I can be there.
Thanks
there's tons of riding around here, but first get to northstar. there will be lots of people to give you lots of advice, but the best place to meet them is at N* this time of year.
hey bro, just noticed this post. 450 is a bit much for a 2001 with a RC shock. i have a 2001 bullit with a 5th element that i put on 2 years ago, just sitting around collecting dust, i think it's a large though. i'd let it go for 300
lemme know
thanks
dave
Gypsy isn't the race course? someone mentioned last weekend that is was. That trail is much better than last year, except for a couple of the rock drops which are still to flat. but otherwise that trail is awesome and would make a great race course.
half the mountain isn't worth the gas it takes to get there if you're more than 50 miles away. anyone heard on how soon the upper will be open? i know it depends on the snow melting but im sure none of us would mind riding with the snow there.
A few pics of Auburn this past Sunday for the heck of it.
I love that place. Who's up for a mud ride this Sunday?
gotta take care of what's important
me in action on east side
joey rippin' it
reed, aka cedric, aka lopes
back up the hill for more photo ops
ye...
ben at river rat, corner of sunrise and fair oaks blvd. builds a mean wheel, a lot of people on here will vouch for him. he only works on the weekends though
i mentioned that i went a couple weeks ago and the borders were no problem at all. they just looked at our DL's and birth certs. if you do have a passport than you don't need a license they said. that's all.
but a DL and a BC will do just fine. the only problem is the line that took an hour...
we stayed at the whistler village inn and suites a couple weeks ago and i noticed that the back door to the powder lodge part of it was open during the day sometimes, you can sneak in on the first floor and do laundry there, or go to the main office and go up to the 2nd floor in the elevator...
they are all worth hitting, espacially big trees and pho dogg. and dukes is not kidding about manure pile, there really is crap there. you'll find out by the smell of it when you go through it.
and it's "Thor's hammer", they misspelled it on the map. silly people.
that's awesome mordax. there's plenty to show. that livewire trail is crazy, rode it a bunch today and can't wait to hit it some more tomorrow. joey will give you all the info for times and whatnot.
