As in the one in Cleveland/North Yorkshire?
If so that's pretty shockingly bad!:disgust1:
I mean it's not bad to spend an hour or so there playing about with your mates but a NPS level track, no way. It's go no lifts and no way to do lifts either!
I just looked it up on the BBC website.

There's a strong British presence, with Steve...
The best advice I ever got on squatting is from a book called Brawn by Stuart McRoberts, although it is written from a bodybulding perspective it has something like 27 pages on learning how to squat right for yourself. I now squat 450lbs for 6, and 320lb for 20. Well worth the money I spent...
Wow, I really hope everyone is ok in the long run. I've used that a few times and it seemed one of the better ones (I hate heights and cable cars :dead: ). Hopefully it won't mess up the summer too bad for everyone up there (including me as I planned a trip soon).
My V12's are great, I have 3 other sets of DMR's too. Not one problem with them in years and year of running them, spares are dirt cheap and plentiful too.
That's definitely true, it's over £100 for a train ticket to London, its actually cheaper to fly if you get a good deal.
To be honest our public transport is horrible and very over priced, I avoid using it as much as possible even at £1 a litre for petrol. The public transport in London is...

Our fuel has increased by the same amount recently. Its just stupid.
Whatever you do, don't move here, everything is twice the price as it is there! (My...
Dymatize elite whey, milk and fresh berries. I use it when i'm bulking up over winter. Just use water for the low cal version for cutting down ;)
You can get it from www.1fast400.com they ship really fast, even to me in the UK. The apple is actually alright aswell, chocolate doesn't taste...
I'd go M4's with the 'floating' disc.
As long as your mounts are faced correctly they shouldn't howl.
The new post mount style are extremely easy to set up as well and virtually do away with the need for the washers (virtually because you might still need to space the front out e.g...
The 6's do take a long time to bed in (think its the sheer size of the pad) but having the right pad compound definitely made a huge difference in mine. Bought some of the new organics by Galfer recently but haven't tried them out yet since I've been pretty happy with the ones I've got in now...
Did you have the silver backed pads (organic I think) or the gold backed ones? The silver backed ones gave me a lot more stopping power. Hell I can 1 finger brake and I weigh 250lbs riding a demo 9 close to 50lbs
I have fitted a set of Goodridge though to improve lever feel.
