There just might be a slight difference in what comes in to making a full carbon frame compared to just welding pieces of butted tubes together...
Every size (17"-18"-19") has its own mold and has to be designed individually. The longer and shorter tubes across the sizes stress the frames...
Didn't mean topcap-stearertube contact. What I ment was the crown itself pinching the topcap when tightened and thus not properly clamping the stearertube itself.

The broken Fox steel one of mine most likely had all sorts of crack and dents on it. Was on Bighit (-02) and I didn't use any "shock covering boots"/sleeves. Mine snapped when I was on my way out to the hill, there was this 2 ft flatdrop 100ft away from my door. The snap was very much noticable...
yep, same here. Normal Fox steelspring gave up after two seasons of regular abuse... Same pattern as above little Crack in the spring and, my guess, Snap and Pop wont be left far behind :D

Works on nicely on "sticky" sticker residue. Just apply and let it sit for a appr 5 sec. before "rubbing" the glue off with a shoprag. Have to do few "rounds" as old glue turns into a goo...

Blade of a knife is easyer on the race than a screvdriver when wedged/forced between the race and the forkcrown. Tap gently from opposite/different sides :D
If you do the same with a flatblade screwdriwer the race can snap, seen it happen.
