    Help on shock selection

    I feel like I'm floating on my DHX coil 5.0. So much nicer than Swinger 4-way! How is the double barrel supposed to feel different from the DHX?

    Single Travis 180mm spring kit?

    I think I need some stiffer springs for my '06 Travis. I'm on a Yeti ASX and am about 155 lbs. and the fork bottoms out on medium-sized drops with the compression cranked all the way up. What have your experiences been with this fork in terms of spring stiffness?

    Hmm thanks for the tips. Looks like they say a Vanilla R non-piggyback will fit, but that shock doesn't have bottom out resistance. Looks like the search continues for a light freeride bike for my gf...

    Thank for all the advice, guys. Tacopuerto - I checked out their website, it looks awesome! Do you know about how many hours a week you need to work to stay there for free? And how good is the freeriding and downhill around there? Thanks!

    I'm trying to get set up to spend a month or two in Whistler and ride the bike park as well the Shore trails as much as I can. Can a few kind souls shed some advice on when to go, where to look for employment, where to live, etc.? Thanks!
