    I listened to it nothing too informative. A lot of yapping about how he trains now. Vertical feet vs Miles. Riding regularly vs high miles 2-3x a week. They didn't get into doping too much or anything really deep...... I rate it a 3 out of 10.....

    Oh GOD, you are into "The Team" of well lame-ass road bike racing. I stopped watching the Tour when Lemond retired real men don't need to draft to push big gears. I think if you are drafting the whole route they should beat you with bats. He lived near me awhile by all accounts a great guy...

    The thing looks pretty sick. @buckoW seems like a shorter shock, rocker, or longer could alter the bike's travel and GEO for not too much money. I assume it would mess with leverage ratios a bit and other negatives?
