I've discovered that for BMX racing the shorter stays work really well for shorter, and / or younger riders and tight tracks.

Slim, the headtubes on both white bikes I made from 1.75" OD 4130. It's the fork steerer tube that makes it look seamless.
Now the headtube on the black frame I purchased. For what I can buy it for, it's not worth it for me to make one. Actually I'll be buying my integrated headtubes from now...

The frame in the first pic is actually matte black. The gray bike I was referring to is the charcoal bike I built previously.

Ha Ha. Try an arm brace....from shoulder surgery. Torn rotator cuff, bone spurs, and needed a Mumford procedure on my clavicle. Not fun.
Surgery was scheduled for last October but I had to cancel because I bought and sold some property and moved my home & shop.

I'm not sure what your skillset is but if you've never fabricated anything before I suggest the following, irrespective of geometry:
Get comfortable TIG welding thinwall tubing. Very comfortable. Hopefully you can already TIG weld.

Yes Cru, you'd have to turn those shoulders down to the OD of the axle. Then it will slide in your existing 20mm hub. You still need some sort of cone / spacers that will result in an overall width of 100mm though.
But I suppose if you can turn the axle down, you can also remove 5mm from...

I'm actually making an axle right now (well not RIGHT now) to adapt a 20mm Profile non disc front hub to a Black Market rigid for a friend.

I'm adding this to my (very short) list of all time favorite bikes.
Also probably one of the nicest (gloss) black bikes I've seen.
I've seen 2 Supercos in person and they are very very nice frames.
