Smith happened to dominate Crankworx on the Troy and it seems to get the rep as a mini dh bike....its a trail/enduro/AM bike. Just saying... I wish the numbers were a little more aggressive.
The Endorphin fits into that line up more so than the Chilcotin. Both incredible bikes, just depends on...

Makes zero sense to me....you're just purchasing FedEx postage through a third party. No assistance boxing or un-boxing. If you run into an issue with FedEX (lost package) it will be a pain to personally file anything since it was ticketed through...
The ID for the "regular bushings" are both .5". However the ODs are different. Most CCDBs will use a 14.7mm OD bushing or ~14.7mm eyelet ID.
I'm not familiar with the Burgtec ones but I imagine they retain/are installed in the shock's standard DU bushing. If so, I don't think there should be...
Have you contacted Cane Creek?
Cane Creek is really good about keeping spare parts available (damper body, shaft, air can). If the size you need is offered as OE there's a good chance of having either Cane Creek or more likely one their service centers being able to build one up for you.

I'm in the preliminary stages of opening a small bike shop and online retailer. I'm looking for some help with logo design, nothing too crazy. PM if you're at all interested.
All I've got to offer right now are bro deals once set up.
Your damper is likely not the issue. Hydro locking is not possible in the fit damper leg as there is no seal head seperating the damper and lower oil and the sealed damper houses very little oil.
The discontinued fit damper bladder only applies to the older, non inverted 36 fit damper...
Hahaha, your front page is filled with people asking for the CCDB service manual. Impressive.
Do you still have a PDF for it? If so I'll take it.
I'm looking for the IFP depth and pressure. If I recall correctly the latest revised pressure is 120PSI and depth is the same throughout all...
I need some help Christmas shopping!:weee:
I'm thinking along the lines of non-holocaust believers, white supremacy, religious science (anti vaccination/anti GMO would be perfect), die hard republican.....along those lines. Something that you'll want to burn after skimming through.
Suggestions?
