The Bakery: The Power of Not Giving a F*ck

Ya, except Palmer is just a douchebag who happens to be good at riding. It's all well and good to inject a little spice but there's nothing worth identifying with in him. If drinking's your thing Dirt and Peaty got into all sorts of sauce.. If lude debauchery is your thing Tristan and Julien...

    Singlespeed Cassette Disc Hubs

396! Also just noticed it's made by Quando. They seem to make some nice stuff. Some of the nicest vintage road hubs were Quando.

    At the hub, in quandry.

i really prefer having less dish. and the longevity of my current rear is a testament to the benefits. Plus with the better designs you get wider flange spacing, a significant factor in lateral wheel stiffness. Some people think that makes no difference, but land hard off axis and well...

    where to buy horizontal dropouts?

I could see 120 for the pair at a shop with unfriendly mark-up. Deraileur hangers are like 20-30 bucks. I'm sure the price the cowan drops are supposed to be sold at is like 60-80.

don't listen to the guys saying dump your headset because it's a **** model. My pig serves me well. interestingly though, i had the same problem as you when my bike was first built up. But i had a good excuse; i had no starnut or topcap. Are you tightening the headset before cranking the stem...

    Identiti Rebate Jump

I'd be surprised if you couldn't. 2.4 isn't aaaalll that big. but it also depends how wide the rim you'll be running it on is.

    G-BOXX Planetary, first pics

Don't get ahead of yourself there chimp. It's still a time consuming process building stuff up around one of these. That, and if it's lighter it won't be much cheaper. It's going to take a real amount of time before this stuff gets 'commercial'.

    new khe/simple hub wild!

I wouldn't ride it! btw, those mavics are only similar because the spoke goes through radially. that isn't really equivalent. Shimano did a much closer design a while back. i'm sure you remember these: http://www.johnhenrybikes.com/images/products/shim_Deore_Fr_Hub-Large.jpg the...
