The only place I can think of that would have bikes like what your looking for would be Cactus bike shop. 48th st and elliot just off the I-10. Hit them up and reserve it cause they rent them out quick.

you would need a shuttle unless you are hard core and ride up the fire road to the top which took us aout 45 min to drive up there!!! the fire road is very long and twisty with great views.:monkeydance:
