been riding the Devinci removable ISCG mounts since the beginning. i've had both the the tabs and guide fail on huge impacts. either way, at least my frame wasn't damaged. on another occasion the threads stripped on the guide. was i ever happy i could simply replace the mount. what a wicked...
i'm rolling both the wilson and devinci's AM split pivot Dixon, and they're as quiet as a ninja.
used to run full saint on the wilson and recently switched to xtr levers with saint calipers. no noise with either set up. running full xtr on the dixon and again, no noise.

the ISCG tabs are replaceable and are part of a 'ring' that is mounted onto the spline before the BB cup is installed. clever system devinci has been pioneering for the past 6 or so years, imho.
apologies for the slight derail... but... i've recently read that durometer can harden over time. can anyone tell me if this is more theoretical rather than practical? i guess what i'm asking is, while it may practically apply to f1 tires does it really apply to mtb tires? thanks gurus.
