    yeah ive heard of the 3 diff methods, and i know that when i got mine done on scale thingees at the gym they told me it could be out by 2% up or down, and that callipers are more accurate, although some people doing calliper measurements dont take into account thighs and thats a huge variable...

    yeah my current bike is a kona ... i have a caldera, so thats an option cos i know they come small enough. Still wanna look at other options tho ... too many choices, arrgh! and i cant afford one anyway, lol, but that wont stop me. :-)

    yeah i eat HEAPS! But I'm little, cos i exercise and my metabolism works. But yeah, people who diet and dont exercise are just at serious risk of damaging themselves. Besides ... why would anyone want to give up chocolate?! :) hehe
