It appears I am living in the past as I am looking for something that appears rather uncommon these days. I am looking for a ~100mm travel, straight 1 1/8 inch, 20mm or 15mm through axle fork for 26" wheel. Can be new or used as long as I can still buy new stanchion and bushings to make it as...
Are there any expert on the lefty out there? Can anyone tell me the difference in all the models? From what I am told you can get a relatively old model and update it. I am looking for a set I can make have 140mm of travel with 26” wheels. From what I understand this was only the late model...
Thanks for the replies. The X-Fusion HiLo is sounding a bit so so there Nick. I guess the real question is would you get one again if you had a 27.2 frame?
I had not seen that one slimshady thanks for the link. It's looking a bit long but I have send over a enquiry to them anyhow and we will...
I am a coil fan my self. But I think its more the CTD your hating and not the air bit. Personally I hated the newest CTD shocks from Fox. I also dislike the CTD forks for that matter. Perhaps Avalanche Racings new valve kit may the way to go? Dump the CTD in favour of some proper damping?
I am after a dropper seat post for the better half but could really do with some help. With her seat all the way up from the middle of the rails to the top of the seat tube it's only a little over 6 inches. To make things even more difficult her bike takes a 27.2 seatpost. So we are a little...
I am a huge fan of the old Manitou forks. My old Nixons I road to death and I still ride my Shermans to this very day. I have fox and Rockshox forks but always got on well with the old Manitou. Sadly Manitou dont do any all mountain mini dh type forks these days. Do anyone still stock parts for...
Its quite a few years since i last raced but am reviving my old Orange 66 to do some of the local DH races just for the fun of it. Rather then servicing the rear shock old Fox DHX 3.0 that i never really liked I would like to just replace it. The biggest issue i always had with the current shock...
I have some old ish but well looked after 140mm Pikes and was offered a set of almost new but crash damaged 150mm Revelations. Can I swap the guts over to my Pike and would this result in 150mm of travel? Thanks
I need a cheap ish ISIS crank with removable pedal inset so I can swap the right for left and left for right as its reversed on this bike (yes I know very odd). Does any one still make such a crank? Cheers
I just got my self a cheap single speed to ride to ride the 12 mile round trip to work and back. The only issue is LOOK Keo I am using make my shoe sit to far forwards and my foot just hits the wheel when a turn. So I was wondering if there are any pedals that you can move then further forward...
It sounds like your forks may have vanished to the same place as the old importer :( Did you ever contact Kowa direct about as from what I hear in Japan there support is outstanding.
