Yes, thats basically the idea.
Craig really liked the Kowa chassis. Also in Kowa's favor was the fact that they spec high end NOK seals (w/retaining clips). This mates well with the avy bottom out (prevention) system which relies on high pressures in the fork to do its thing.
The final details of the production version cart are still being worked out so its a little to early to quote a retail price. But I do believe that Craig is shooting for a $3-400 window for the cart upgrade. I'll be talking to Craig today, I will see if I can get him to shed more light.
As...
Its true. I have said Avy Cartridge in my proto Kowa 200 as we speak. Just finished 4 months worth of testing here in Colorado. Its a sweet setup. Craig did good ;-).
The new Kowa DJ fork was just released for sale a couple of weeks ago. Brad from Nemesis Project personally did most of the development on this fork. For more info check out the press release on MTBR:

I know they stopped selling their upgrade cartridges when they started selling their own line of forks earlier this year. Just hoping there was a used one floating around somewhere so I dont have to shell out the big bucks on an Idylle. I knew it was a longshot...
Does anyone know where I could find a "used" BOS fork damping cartridge for either a Boxxer or a 888? BOS is not selling them anymore and I was really hoping to try one in one of my forks. I know they are rare in the US, but I figured a shout out to the RM community was worth a try.
If you are serious, I believe its for sale. Unless, of course, someone hasnt scooped on it yet. Last I checked it was still posted in the classified here on RM.
Wow, those are pretty cool too. Didnt realize there was a electric bike movement out there. I guess with all the new battery development going on this was bound to happen. Cool stuff.
I think the pic I posted was an older version. If you look on their site the newer ones come with Marz 888s.
They are also coming out with a road/supermoto version with a 60miles range and a 70mph top speed...nice. Would make for a sweet commute to work.
Hey, I dont know if this has been posted before but as a dirt biker and a downhiller I thought this was pretty cool. Looks like it uses alot of carryover parts from the mtb world (suspension, brakes, bars/stem, wheels). What do you guys think?

BTW, check out...
I've been hearing rumors that there is still a TON of snow in AF. And with only 2 weeks to go, anyone know how this will effect the race? No chance for cancellation I hope....
I'll do my best to get some #s for you guys asap.
Regarding the MiniDH frame Zumbi was working on, I think its still in development....but should be out later this year ;-).
