    I gave my Blur 4X a new look...

    The 4x sounds awesome with the handling, but are the pivots as weak as the XC? Having a Nomad and an '05 XC blur myself, it seems the only problem I have is the bearing life on the XC. Even by shelving it in the winter I cannot get six months out of them. I should have better luck...

    Rockville was good last weekend. And, yesterday Pleasanton ridge was pretty much all ridable. My freehub body/chain needs to be replaced about now. Looks like this rain is going to stick around a while...:twitch:.oO happy place, D-vill, plenty of water in the river, etc etc

    In my opinion hard to beat a steel frame set. I ride a Kelly CX and would like to experiment with a 29er mountain frame. The only problem is bar width when racing cross.

    knukin futs...Theres a few more races next year in case anyone gets a hankerin. Lake Sonoma. Goat says it's a good one for SS. I guess this thread is officially dead. Unless someone wants to share with us how they got into the SSWC08! I demand a recount! :monkey:
