    Ft. William 2013 World Cup Round 1

    The top five ranked Juniors from 2012 were given the option of competing in Elite or Junior category for 2013. Richie elected to compete in Elite for the World Cups. Under the rules for 2013 World Championships he will be required to race as a Junior.

    Strava is a fun app, do some people take the KOM and Segment portion way too seriously..YES. It is still a cheap way to track approximate miles, climbing and time on your bike. This winter during my busy season having a string of on rides on Strava helped to motivate keep me getting out the door...

    Kids in downhill biking....your thoughts?

    Riding bikes is good, any type of bike....BMX and XC riding help develop the skills needed to ride downhill with confidence. Most importantly at the young age of 6 it should be nothing but low key and fun.

    Ran my first half marathon yesterday (NBR)

    Hartford was my first marathon back in 1997 ... loved it then I was hooked and it was a great Boston Qualifier. Great job!

    Cant imagine it ...but I will say I know a little boy who did one of his first races at the 2004 Mount Snow National event and he raced CAT3 1-10 he loved it and it got our whole family involved in gravity racing.....lets support the Cat 2/3 racers, we need more of them, besides the next...
