    The wheel path is that of a single pivot, but the effect of placing the pivot at the axle is to isolate the braking forces. Thus, there is no brake jack, or chatter under heavy breaking into corners etc. It works really well. As crazy as it may sound... go to a Trek dealer and ride it. You...

    If you don't mind risking your day on some crank failure go for it. If you want sure fire reliability get something else.

    IronHorse 2009 - no DW Link!

    Iron horse is in trouble. They are charging too much for the bikes. Virtually the same bike was almost $2000 less a few seasons ago. It is a good bike but you can build any custom DH rig for the price of a Sunday WC. DW has plenty of other good designs and ideas. Fallow him not IH.

    Sucks to be anyone who didnt just walk back in the door after coming home from the race. But Im sure watching it on, whatever crappy frozen state you live in, was just as good.

    Decent Red DH rims

    you can paint any rim red. Get the rim you like, take some time and paint it. Dont forget to use a clear too. I have done this myself in the past. It works well, I used Mavic.
