    Tomac bike?

Well, they say the imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but who knew someone would flatter us so quickly!!! Anyway, Todd is correct, the Primer is built at Hodaka and this bike isn't even close to the Primer if you look close. How funny that Ferrazi (whoever that is) just used an off the...

The Tomac Puzzle-WIN A NEW TOMAC

I give up. You try to do something fun, something new, something interesting, and everyone just bags on the company, the contest, even Johnny. I just don’t understand people. It’s disheartening.

    Pics of Tomac Production Primer

Here's an (unedited) quote from Claudio Caluori on his first test of the production Primer: "Geometry is very good and suspension seems to work right. We normally go through a lot of rims and flat tires on this track, but we only had one flat tire this weekend, in 28 runs. (14 inch) the bb on...

Regarding the top tube shape, I think the bump is a little accentuated because the bars are turned slightly. In reality, it looks like slightly less of a hump than the picture shows. Nonetheless, the shaping was done for good reason: the head tube impact test showed that the flat section on top...

    NEW Tomac 4x Bike

Well, I guess I didn't expect such a negative response...but keep in mind the frame is just going to be used by next year's World Cup DH team for 4X (where the Snyper 4X isn't optimal based on the course). I am just curious to hear from those who hated it which bike they like.

Here are those photos. DH bike photo to come at some point. Doug and Johnny gave up on the Lawwill pretty quickly because they had some major difficulties getting it to work properly and hold together. It did look bitchen though. Where is the list of World Champs? I can't find it for...

You know they say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Well, when you win double World Championships in DH, we should all kneel down and worship the Sunday! Has another brand won two World Championships in the same year?

    Tomac 2007

Hello. This is Joel Smith from Tomac. I just saw the post on the new DH bike. Someone did some good sleuthing to find that photo. So, the new DH bike...It's a single pivot, but it's not a "simple" single pivot. There's linkage that's activating the shock. The linkage, wheel path, and...

    Tomac 2007

Yikes, Joel from Tomac again. Just saw the comment about how bad the bikes look. Bummer you think that, but at least let me give you the technical reason behind the designs. I agree that the Trek and Fisher carbon flex stay bikes totally sucked, but there is good reason to go with a flex...
