Anthem is closer to 7 or 8 feet down with an 18 foot gap. 20 degree downslope? no way... its less than 5. For reference, the cannon jump is only 17 degrees, so imagine what 20 degrees downslope would look like.
And there were piles of broken IH frames the first time they got the resort rental...
By a jump rope. They are about $10-20 for a decent "fitness" model. Jumping rope will kick your ass and get you into shape in a short amount of time, its easy to do and you can do it about anywhere. Add it in to everything else mentioned and you shouldnt get bored or working out.

I would call it a pirate line since the trail crew didnt build it. And if it were to become the "new" line, it would be built exactly like the line below it, waterbars and all.
yes, the pirate line on alpine is closed. after the recent rain storms, the pirate line became a "pipeline" for the water running down the mountain, and it directed all the water onto the trail just before the 2nd wall ride.
something to note about zach's winning this weekend.... his time beat all of the am's, younger and older. The fastest time of the weekend earns the best prize. It's usually expected to go to the senior group, but lately, the kids have been schooling the older guys.
