Oh how I miss my Benotto 3000. After many other bikes ridden, owned, and borrowed it's still the one that remains my all time favorite road machine.
Crumpled several years ago when I got hit on a foggy morning commute; I came out of that much better than the bike.
I'd be more than a little surprised if these new forks weren't much like their predecessors: overpriced, so-so reliability, and with less performance than their competition.
The funny part was the guy (I'm guessing you) asking "You alright?"

Go with the MTX33 or 31. Not light, but they build up great and are in line with what you want to do with them. I built up a set for a friend at the beginning of the summer who is riding a long travel Lenz. He's no hack, but he is big and rides quite aggressively.

It's been a loooong time since I used Ritchey pedals, but they weren't very durable and worked like crap if you even looked sideways at mud (if you're thinking about these for 'cross).
No idea who makes them currently, but back then they were just re-badged Wellgos - like so many pedals.

Any reputable brand card with 33mb and up speeds should be more than sufficient for your camera. Brand wise, I've developed a strong preference for Lexar, SanDisk, and Transcend but I'm sure other brands are fine as well.

Also, check out your local or online moto dealers, they are much more familiar with 5.1. The Avid, 'random-bike/brake-manufacturer here', etc., 5.1 fluids sold in bike shops is just rebranded and packaged Motul and Maxima fluids for example ... stuff that you could buy at the moto...
